Enjoy Kentucky Lake, one mile away boat ramp, Big Sandy River boat ramp 2 miles away.  Ample parking, no charge for boat launch.  The double wide has two double beds per bedroom (sleeps 10 people easily), living room has pull out, separate family room has two couches.  Large stocked kitchen with separarte dining room and separate dinette, laundry room, two decks (front and rear), living room and family room.   Has huge master bedroom with sunken tub.  Perfect location for fishing and or hunting (owner has 100's of acres available for hunting lease).  This lovely double wide is located 8 miles from Big Sandy, Tennessee, 5 miles from National Wildlife Refuge, 3 boat ramps all within 2 miles.  Paris, Tennessee is close by where The Worlds Biggest Fish Fry takes place, many lakes for tournaments, restaurants, shopping and entertainment..  Paris Landing State Park short drive where you can play a game of golf or tennis,  enjoy a picnic, walking the many trails or swim in the park pool.  Ft. Donaldson Historical Battlefield and Land Between the Lakes  minutes from Paris Landing.  Camden, Tennesee 18 miles away where the crash site of Patsy Cline, Nathan Bedford Forrest State Park.  Loretta's Lynne is approximately 25 minutes away.  Much to see and experience - nature, history, music.
The first weekend in August Big Sandy hosts the Ducks Unlimited duck blind drawing which draws 5,000 people.  Memorial day weekend Big Sandy has its festival and parade.
